The Quinson-Montmeyan lake is a very pretty picnic spot and the starting point of the Gorges du Verdon towards the Esparron lake.

Swimming is prohibited here.
Its banks are located on the village of Quinson (Alpes de Haute Provence) and on the village of Montmeyan (Var)
Esparron Lake with its many creeks and cliffs, its gorges, its turquoise waters and its breathtaking views of the valley and the lake, is one of the wildest in the Verdon.
It is the ideal starting point to discover the Verdon,

These two lakes are fitted out with equipment allowing water activities, such as canoeing, rowing, pedal boating, sailing, electric boating, swimming for Esparron lake, (swimming prohibited for Quinson lake )
