Access to the Calanques massif is regulated.
Due to the risk of fire, the massif may be closed to the public.
Danger notices are issued the day before at 5:00 p.m., and are valid for the following day
Visit the west part of the Calanques massif as well as the Cap Canaille sector
Access by car to the town center and the Presqu'île car park is strongly discouraged due to traffic difficulties, particularly in summer.
Park at the Gorguettes relay car park and take the shuttle which will take you to the entrance to the National Park (Cassis peninsula / Port-Miou Calanque)

You can park at Les Beaumettes at the entrance to the National Park,
Enter the address in your GPS : 402 chemin de Morgiou, drive past a restaurant and up a hundred metres or so until you reach the car park immediately on your right
Start of the footpaths.
To reach the calanque, allow 1h30 on foot from the car park.

A different landscape to the Calanques of Cassis and Marseille to the east of Cap Canaille.
