GIFT CARDS

How to use the gift card?

- The gift card can be used in all accommodation bookable online on the Villa la Licorne website.

What are the conditions for purchasing a gift card?

- Choose the amount of your gift card (from €100) or amount of your choice, pay by credit card and that's it!

- You then receive an email from us or an email to the beneficiary with the gift card to print.

In accordance with article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the purchaser of a gift card is informed that he has a period of 14 clear days in which to exercise his right of withdrawal.

How long is a gift card valid for?

- For any online purchase made on our website villalalicorne.com, gift cards are valid for 12 months.

- Card beneficiaries have until the expiry date to make their reservation.

- The date of stay may be later than the end of validity date. The validity date can be extended by a maximum of 6 months.

- It is not possible to extend or reactivate an already expired gift card

What are the delivery times and method of sending the gift card?

- Sending by email to the buyer or beneficiary

Once the online payment has been made, you will receive the gift card by email immediately or on the date you entered during the purchase. Remember to check your spam!

I did not receive the gift card, what should I do?

What should I do if the purchase amount is greater than the gift card?

If the amount of your stay is greater than the amount of your gift card: you can pay the supplement. A payment link will be sent to you by email.

If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, will I be refunded the difference?

After the cancellation period, the gift card is non-cancellable/non-refundable.

However, the remaining balance can be used for services (contact us at +33 6 59 88 86 93 or villalalicorne@gmail.com).

Specific conditions of use of the gift card:

- Several gift cards can be used simultaneously to pay for your purchases;

- The gift card can be used at all accommodations at Villa la Licorne;

- The gift card cannot be refunded if its expiry date has passed.
