Rental of part of Villa

BAIL A deposit of 500 € will be requested upon arrival in cash

- It will be refunded on the day of departure following the inventory

A cleaning deposit of 100 € will be requested on the day of arrival corresponding to the cleaning costs

- The cleaning deposit will be returned on the day of departure (depending on the cleanliness of the gîte)

HOUSEHOLD INSTRUCTIONS

The cleaning fee will simplify your stay: the owner will take care of everything ... or almost!

You have to :

- Wash and store dishes and kitchen utensils. The kitchen which must be in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived

- Wipe down the dining table

- Empty and put the bins in the container

Your arrival will be between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and your departure by 10:00 a.m.

Any arrival outside these hours must be confirmed before the start of your stay
